  • Conference Admissions Policy

    The Society of Petroleum Engineers (“SPE”), Reed Exhibitions Limited and affiliates are committed to compliance with applicable law and expect the same of its conference participants. This conference is open to all technically qualified members of the public for a registration fee reasonably related to cost and intended to allow all eligible members to attend. Attendees are permitted to take notes or otherwise make a personal record of the proceedings and presentation.

    All content provided during the conference shall be limited to "published information" and "publications" (as those terms are defined under applicable law). Further, no services or technical assistance shall be provided during or under the auspices of the conference. While neither SPE, Reed Exhibitions Limited nor any of their affiliates are responsible for the content provided or actions taken during the conference by any speaker, exhibitor, sponsor, or participant, it is important to be aware that the provision, exportation or reexportation, directly or indirectly of goods, services, technology and technical assistance in support of exploration or production for deepwater, Arctic offshore, or shale projects that have the potential to produce oil in the Russian Federation, or in maritime area claimed by the Russian Federation and extending from its territory that involve designated entities and/or certain items may be prohibited under applicable law.

    Each attendee is responsible for ensuring that his/her participation complies with applicable law and any compliance mandates of his/her employer. To the extent you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your Legal Department or Trade Compliance function.

  • General Admissions Policy

    • Only pre-registered SPE Russian Oil and Gas visitors who are badge holders, visitors who register on the day and exhibitor badge holders will be able to attend SPE Russian Oil and Gas.
    • Visitors should be involved in or have some connection or interest in SPE Russian Oil and Gas and associated industries and should be dressed in suitable business wear.
    • Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from SPE Russian Oil and Gas.
    • Anyone obtaining a SPE Russian Oil and Gas visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave SPE Russian Oil and Gas.
    • Anyone attending SPE Russian Oil and Gas should carry some form of photo-ID (passport, photo-ID driving licence, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organisers which the Organisers may ask to see.
    • No one under the age of 16 will be able to attend SPE Russian Oil and Gas unless they have obtained the prior written consent of the Organisers and may be required by the Organisers to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Visitors with children will be responsible for their children and will be asked to put their mobile number on a wristband to be worn by the child.
    • Anyone attending SPE Russian Oil and Gas must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or wear offensive apparel or be involved in any activity which may disrupt SPE Russian Oil and Gas.
    • The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from SPE Russian Oil and Gas and the Exhibition Center who do not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules or who are prohibited from attending under any applicable sanctions, laws or regulations.
    • Press badges at SPE Russian Oil and Gas are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters and web bloggers associated with the Russian Oil and Gas industry. Members of the press may be required to complete an application form and produce accreditation in the form of a photocopy of a recognised press or media card, business card, [NUJ card,] a letter from the editor or an official web address linking to a press release in order to verify their position. Press applications from advertising personnel and media sales representatives will not be accepted.
    • Official SPE Russian Oil and Gas photographers will be taking photographs and filming videos at SPE Russian Oil and Gas. Anyone attending SPE Russian Oil and Gas consents to such photography and filming without compensation and confirms that the Organisers shall be entitled to use such photographs and videos, which may include photographs and videos of visitors, for the purpose of marketing SPE Russian Oil and Gas in future, for exploitation in any and all media, without liability.
